‘4 Week Sunday Challenge’ Group Session
Our 4 Week Sunday Challenge is a rewarding way to start the week.
The challenge begins on the first Sunday of every month for 4 weeks and is designed to help clients understand about commitment to training long term and actually see the results of their efforts.
Prizes include free massages, free training, protein packages, movie tickets, memberships and more!
Every Sunday at 10:00am, BiO Fitness delivers a 'Blow Your Mind' work out designed to get you results!
Come and be part of the BiO Fitness Team and learn about highly functional, innovative results based training.
