Hi my name is Jared and I’m the Gym Manager and Head Trainer here at Bring It On Fitness Group and Personal Training Studio in North Geelong.
I have been working as a PT for a little over 2 years now, and for the past 12 months here at BIO Fitness.
I first completed my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness in May 2010 and have really grown to love training my clients using the high intensity and functional training methods of BIO Fitness.
I have also completed my certificate IV in Training and Assessment which has given me the opportunity to educate and teach young adults about working in the fitness industry and becoming personal trainers themselves.
The training methods employed here at BIO Fitness have been fantastic in gaining amazing results with all my clients. The training is highly functional which means that it will not only provide a real metabolic response in the body, but will also help educate you on how to use your body correctly in everyday life.
Here at BIO Fitness we provide an incredible community atmosphere within our group training sessions whereby all our clients can come along and enjoy the tough but fun training and also make some long lasting friendships along the way.
